Update

I had a really good week, lost some weight, and now the last 2.5 days have been a real struggle.  I've been very hungry and have sometimes succumbed to the hunger.  I've had a few headaches. I don't know if they're weather or hunger related.  Hopefully tomorrow the scale will say that today I was better than the other two.


Tomorrow I have a team lunch. I can do it, right!???


Tomorrow night, I'm going to see my nephew play basketball. I'm looking forward to it.
